Membership Reinstatement

Members who have fallen behind in their membership payments may still have the opportunity to have their membership reinstated.

Unfinancial for less than 36 months

Members who would like to apply for reinstatement are required to send a letter or email, addressed to the Committee, including the member’s current contact details and the reasons as to why the membership payments have lapsed.

Members who are unfinancial for three membership years or less (36 months) will have their application for reinstatement assessed by management upon receipt. Subject to approval, the application will be processed and the member will be issued an updated renewal notice with all arrears payments due.

Members unfinancial for more than three seasons must also apply for reinstatement, and will have their applications reviewed by the Committee on a case-by-case basis.

Please acknowledge and confirm the following: 

  • Once your name has been removed from the membership list, if too much time has passed, you may be ineligible for reinstatement, and your application may be rejected. 
  • If your application progresses to the next step, the application will be reviewed by the Committee and may be approved or denied. 
  • If approved, all outstanding fees are required to be paid, including membership subscriptions, entrance fees and late fees owing. This is calculated from either the date your last membership season payment was received, or the date your original membership offer was sent.
